Abstract
Manuscript draft in blue ink in Edmund Blunden's hand. Numerous corrections in ink. Writing at the top in phonetic Japanese. In 'Undertones of War' (1928), the title of the poem becomes 'Vlamertinghe: Passing the Chateau, July, 1917'. The opening line is from Keat's 'Ode on a Grecian Urn'.
