Set of four postcards captioned 'Fight the Good Fight': no. 1 depicts a Church Parade with shell in aircraft in background; no. 2 a Second Lieutenant in a trench with open bible; no. 3 a Second Lieutenant praying by a field gun carriage; no. 4 a wounded Second Lieutenant being visited by Christ.
Sapper 146217 Ernest Grantham, 156th Field Company, Royal Engineers. The 156th Field Coy. were attached to the 16th (Irish) Division.
