Abstract
Certificate of employment showing Serg. Charles W. Carr (now with 4th Reserve Batt. Gloucestershire Regiment) attended the course to become a Bombing Instructor. He was sent on this course after recovery from being seriously wounded - shot in the legs by machine gun bullets - during the the attack of the 2/5th Battalion Gloucestershire Regiment on Pond Farm during the battle of Paschendale.
