Abstract
Trench art fighter plane made by James Fenn. He was village blacksmith at Bramfield, Suffolk, after the war.
Editor's Comment:
Base made from cut down 18 Pdr. shell case, manufactured in August 1916. Plane stand and rear fusilage made from two Lebel rounds (French small arms ammunition), rest of plane made from scrap brass.
